By accessing and using Tennis Expert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Tennis Expert is a blockchain-based prediction platform where users apply their tennis knowledge to predict match scores and receive NFT cards as on-chain proof of their predictions. Users whose predictions match the final score share a reward pool with other accurate predictors.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tennis Expert. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your participation complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Minting Fee Disclaimer

Submitting a prediction requires minting an NFT card at the entry price set for that match, plus network gas fees. Entry prices are set at match creation and displayed on each match page before you mint. All fees are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed on-chain. We are not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect predictions or network fees.
